Great Blue is as visually simplistic as they come. The graphics are fairly decent; however, the design lacks any kind of sophistication and detail. There’s nothing more than pure blue to set eyes on – just as the title might suggest. But in underwater themed slots like this you usually expect to see at least some glimpse of the world below the surface of the water, and not just endless plains of blue. The backdrop is blue and the background of the reels is blue, too. The only other color you might see here are some of the sea creatures on the reels and the controls below them. You will notice that the buttons that are available for changing the different values are colored in pink and purple. Aside from that there’s also a pretty dated soundtrack that sounds like someone’s ringtone from the early 2000s. Luckily, for those who’d rather not hear it, there’s a mute option.
