I have had to do this in the past. I was told that I need chips to clear this condition. So last time I bought the chips which came with directions on how to do this. After reading the directions and verifing the rom version I had it turned out that no chips were needed. I remember moving a jump and then moving it back It worked perfect. I then sold the chips on ebay since I did not need the,. I have since lost my copy of the instructions and can not remember the process. Can anyone help?
